WedaloHub – Terms of Service
Effective from: 2026-10-25 · Operator: Wedalo Ltd
The English version of this document is binding. A Polish translation is available.
1.Definitions
- Operator – Wedalo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company number 17499535), registered office: 31 School View, Banbury, OX16 4SE, United Kingdom, email: hello@wedalo.dev.
- Panel – the WedaloHub web application at hub.wedalo.dev.
- Customer – a business that has created an account and uses the Panel for its business purposes.
- User – a person who signs in to the Customer’s account.
- Plan – the package of features and limits chosen by the Customer, with the price shown in the Panel.
- Billing period – one month counted from the day the paid subscription starts.
- Platforms – third-party services the Customer connects: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.
2.General
- These Terms govern the use of the Panel and form the contract for online services between the Operator and the Customer. The Panel is available to Customers worldwide.
- The Panel is for businesses only, not consumers. By creating an account the Customer confirms that it acts for purposes relating to its trade, business or profession.
- Contact the Operator at hello@wedalo.dev.
3.Technical requirements
An up-to-date web browser, internet access, an email address and accounts on the Platforms the Customer wants to connect; for two-factor authentication, an authenticator app on a phone.
4.Account and free trial
- The Customer creates an account using the sign-up form (when the Operator makes it available), or the Operator creates it at the Customer’s request.
- Accounts created through sign-up get a free trial of the length shown on the sign-up form, without a card. After the trial, using the features requires a paid Plan.
- The Customer is responsible for keeping sign-in details confidential and for its Users’ actions. The Operator recommends enabling two-factor authentication.
- The Customer provides accurate details and keeps them up to date.
5.Services
- Depending on the Plan, the Panel lets the Customer publish and schedule videos on the Platforms, manage comments (including rule-based auto-replies), view account statistics, monitor website uptime and SEO audits, track Google keyword positions, view Google Search Console and Google Analytics data, build simple websites, list the business in a directory, and receive email alerts and a weekly report.
- Platform features work through the Platforms’ official interfaces (APIs) and depend on them. The Operator is not responsible for changes, limits, delays or errors on the Platforms’ side, including rejected posts, reduced reach or accounts blocked by a Platform.
- Until a Platform account is connected, the Panel may show sample data – always clearly labelled and never included in email reports.
- Google positions are measured at a specific location and moment and may differ from what an individual search user sees.
- The Operator may develop and change Panel features without materially reducing the services during a paid Billing period.
6.Prices and payment
- Plan prices are shown in the Panel in pounds sterling (GBP) per Billing period. Where the Operator is required to charge VAT, it is shown before payment. Customers outside the UK account for taxes under the law of their own country (for example, in the European Union under the reverse-charge mechanism, after providing a VAT number). Any currency conversion fees charged by the Customer’s bank are borne by the Customer.
- The subscription is paid in advance by card through the payment provider Stripe and renews automatically for further Billing periods until the Customer cancels. Stripe sends a receipt for every payment; the Operator issues an invoice on the Customer’s request by email.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically and the Customer receives an email. If payment is still not made, the Panel’s features are blocked (section 7.3).
- The Operator gives at least 30 days’ notice of price changes; the new price applies from the next Billing period. A Customer who does not agree may cancel before then.
- Fees for a started Billing period are non-refundable, except where a complaint is upheld (section 13).
7.Term and termination
- The contract starts when the account is created and runs for an indefinite period.
- The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time in the Panel (Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing period; until then the Customer has full access.
- The Operator may block the Panel’s features for non-payment and, for a serious breach of these Terms (section 8), terminate the contract with immediate effect, stating the reason by email.
- After the contract or an unpaid trial ends, account data is kept for 30 days and then deleted together with Platform tokens. During that time the Customer may resume the subscription or request a copy of its data by email (JSON or CSV).
8.Acceptable use
The Customer agrees to:
- publish only content it has the rights to (copyright, people’s image, music), that is lawful and complies with the Platforms’ rules;
- not use the Panel for spam, deception, harassment, unlawful content or to get around Platform restrictions;
- add to monitoring and audits only websites it manages or is authorised to audit;
- not attempt to access other Customers’ data, overload the Panel, test its security without the Operator’s written consent, or resell access without an agreement with the Operator;
- stay within the Plan limits, including the video storage limit.
9.Customer content
- Content added by the Customer remains the Customer’s. The Customer grants the Operator a non-exclusive licence to the extent needed to provide the services: to store, process and send the content to the chosen Platforms.
- Site-builder pages and directory listings stay private until the Customer publishes them and the Operator enables the public directory and pages. The Operator approves directory listings and may refuse content that breaches these Terms.
- The Operator may remove or hide content it is credibly informed is unlawful, and will notify the Customer.
10.Availability and support
- The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Panel running but does not guarantee a specific availability level. Longer planned maintenance is announced in the Panel or by email.
- The Operator makes daily database backups.
- Support is provided by email at hello@wedalo.dev. At the Customer’s request, and to fix a failure or security incident, the Operator may open a preview of the Customer’s account; every preview is recorded in the log.
11.Liability
- The Operator’s total liability for failure to perform or improper performance of the contract is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the preceding 12 months, and the Operator is not liable for loss of profit.
- The Operator is not liable for actions and decisions of the Platforms (section 5.2), content published by the Customer, consequences of the Customer breaching Platform rules, or disclosure of sign-in details through the Customer’s fault.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12.Personal data and data processing terms
- The Privacy Policy describes how Users’ data is processed.
- For third-party data the Customer processes in the Panel, the Customer is the controller and the Operator is the processor. By accepting these Terms the parties agree to the following data processing terms (Article 28 of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR).
- Subject matter and nature: storing, retrieving from Platforms, displaying, sending to Platforms and deleting data – solely to provide the Panel, on the Customer’s documented instructions; using the Panel’s features also counts as an instruction.
- Data subjects and data: authors of comments on the Customer’s content (name or alias, text); people appearing or named in the Customer’s content (image, voice, name); visitors to the Customer’s websites – aggregated Google Analytics and Search Console data only.
- Duration: for the term of the contract and until deletion under section 7.4.
- Operator’s obligations: confidentiality of people with access to the data; the security measures in section 8 of the Privacy Policy; assisting the Customer with data subjects’ rights and with Articles 32–36 obligations; notifying the Customer of a personal data breach without undue delay and no later than 48 hours after becoming aware of it; deleting the data when the contract ends; providing information needed to demonstrate compliance and allowing audits by prior arrangement at the Customer’s cost.
- Sub-processors: the Customer gives general authorisation for the providers listed in section 6 of the Privacy Policy. The Operator gives at least 14 days’ notice of a new sub-processor; the Customer may object and terminate the contract.
- International transfers – only on the grounds set out in Chapter V of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
13.Complaints
- Complaints about the Panel or billing should be sent to hello@wedalo.dev, describing the problem and giving the account email address.
- The Operator responds within 14 days of receipt.
14.Changes to these Terms
The Operator may change these Terms for good reason – changes in law, Platform rules or Panel features – with at least 14 days’ notice by email. A Customer who does not accept the changes may terminate before they take effect.
15.Final provisions
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. The English version is binding; translations are for convenience.
- If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
